Matthew is an industry leader with a passion for technology. He established Son-IS in 2000, infusing every project with dedication and enthusiasm. Embracing the perpetual evolution of software development, he values the ongoing learning journey it demands. His diverse portfolio spans from small nonprofits to multibillion-dollar enterprises, and he has adeptly served in roles including Vice President, Software Architect, CTO, and trusted Technical Advisor.

Malachi is the Product Manager for FHASES. He graduated from The Ohio State University's Integrated Business and Engineering program with a focus in Marketing. In his role, he refines the product based on real customer needs and advocates relentlessly for the end user, ensuring that FHASES not only functions well but truly serves the people who rely on it. For our customers, that means a product that evolves with their needs. Outside of work, he enjoys pushing himself mentally in the gym and getting out into nature. He is passionate about supporting those who make a positive impact on the world through social work.

Max is a .NET and SQL developer at Son-IS who specializes in building integrations. With six years of software development experience, he has delivered critical technical solutions—including an EDI claims interface for 837P and 835 transactions with a clearinghouse. He also develops our annual UDS (Uniform Data System) updates from HRSA and incorporates clinical quality measure (CQM) requirements into our systems. The bulk of his effort is spent advancing and maintaining FHASES. Max additionally leads system testing and contributes to research and development. Outside of work, he enjoys board games, D&D, sailing, and practicing the piano. His technical depth means fewer errors, smoother audits, and faster answers for our customers.
